​ Gold regained some ground on Tuesday on a slight pullback in the U.S. dollar and Treasury yields, while traders positioned for remarks from several Federal Reserve officials this week to gauge the likely pace of interest rate cuts this year.

​ Markets regulator Sebi on Tuesday came out with guidelines for returning the draft offer document for public issues and its resubmission in a bid to provide greater clarity and consistency in the disclosures as well as for timely processing.

The rating agency has downgraded to Ba1 from Baa3 the senior unsecured rating for UPL Corporation Limited, it said on Tuesday.

The company reported an EBITDA of Rs 353 crore, up 56.3% year-on-year. For the nine months ended December 31, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,770 crore. The chain reported a profit of Rs 430 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2023.

Hyderabad-based Azad Engineering on Tuesday reported more than three-fold increase in Profit After Tax (PAT) at Rs 16.8 crore for the three months ended December 2023. The company had posted a PAT of Rs 3.83 crore in the year-ago period, according to a statement.

​U.S. Treasury yields dipped on Tuesday as investors awaited fresh signals on when the Federal Reserve is likely to begin cutting interest rates, and before the Treasury auctions new three-year notes.

​ The U.S. securities regulator is set on Tuesday to adopt a rule requiring proprietary traders and other firms that routinely deal in U.S. government bonds and other securities to register as broker-dealers, subjecting them to stricter oversight.

Rashi Peripherals IPO: The company has fixed a price band of Rs 295-311 per share and investors can bid for a minimum of 48 shares and in multiples thereafter. It proposes to use the net proceeds for repayment of debt, funding working capital requirements and the rest for general corporate purposes.
