Despite earlier financial difficulties and a ransomware attack delaying results, SpiceJet reported a 19% year-on-year decrease in consolidated revenue to Rs 1,738 crore for the fourth quarter. However, on a standalone basis, the airline saw a sixfold increase in net profit to Rs 119 crore, with standalone EBITDA rising 12% to Rs 386 crore.

Domestic equity benchmarks reached new closing peaks on Monday, driven by gains in state-owned firms. The S&P BSE Sensex finished 0.18% higher at 80,665, while the NSE Nifty50 closed above the 24,550 mark. Analysts suggest a positive near-term trend for Nifty, expecting further gradual gains towards 24,950 over the next week, with immediate support seen at 24,450.

"The path for both gold and silver prices is going to continue to be sideways to higher and I would not be surprised to see a new record high here in the coming weeks or even sooner," said Jim Wyckoff, senior market analyst at Kitco Metals.

The company proposes to utilise the proceeds to the tune of Rs 273 crore to set up fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network solutions, Rs 42.5 crore for setting up an additional 1,000 4G/5G telecom towers, Rs 30 crore for incremental working capital requirements and the balance amount for general corporate purposes in FY 2025.

Shares of Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) soared 35%. Trump owns a majority stake in the company, worth about $3.8 billion as of June 25 according to LSEG data, and it is the parent of social media platform Truth Social.
