My first pick is Godrej Properties. It is a buy at Rs 1635; Rs 1540 the stop-loss and Rs 1,800-1,900 is the target. Second is Oberoi Realty again from infra and realty space. This could be bought at Rs 1108; Rs 1030 should be the stop-loss and Rs 1,200-1,300 should be the target.

The Board has approved an interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of the financial year 2023-24 . The record date for reckoning the list of shareholders who will be entitled to receive the said interim dividend will be November 7. The said interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before November 29.
