“We find real estate to be very attractive. We are playing it through real estate, cement, building material companies’ stocks. We are trying to identify companies which have got the right balance of growth and valuation. Because of the kind of run-up that we have seen over the last four, five months, a lot of the stocks, have become very expensive in terms of valuations. We are trying to strike a balance between growth and valuation.”

On the weekly options front, the maximum Call OI is placed at 19800 and then towards 20000 strikes while the maximum Put OI is placed at 19600 and then towards 19500 strikes.

“Elections are coming; on Wednesday, the government increased the DA for government employees and pensioners. We will see more and more rural spending pick up with the crop season, with a lot of announcements, as well as a huge festive season ahead. I expect the rural economy stocks to start picking up a little bit from here on.”
