"It does appear that the cycle will continue for the next 3-4 years. Usually real estate cycles differ from country to country. In India, on the residential side, we have seen that they are for 7-8 years. Our thinking is that we are 2.5-3 years in this cycle. It does look like we have a runway of 3-4 more years, provided the economy continues to remain robust."
