Ravi Dharamshi of ValueQuest Investment, is not bullish on the IT sector due to its maturity and slower growth rate, with a ceiling of 8-12%. Instead, he is looking for companies that grow 25-30% and is willing to pay a higher multiple for that kind of growth. Dharamshi suggests waiting before concluding that the IT sector will only have a mild recession as the growth slowdown is not fully factored into IT company prices. He prefers investing in mid-sized banks such as AU Small Bank due to a high growth plus ROE profile.
