Shares of Tesla Inc slid 6% in after-hours trading after the electric vehicle maker posted its lowest quarterly gross margin in two years, missing market estimates. BoM to raise Rs 1,000-crore equity via QIP route

The sale is likely in the first quarter through a QIP (qualified institutional placement), managing director AS Rajeev told ET. "We were planning to raise QIP in the fourth quarter of FY23 but delayed it when the market turned volatile following the bank failures in the US. As the market appears to have steadied now, we have decided to renew the plan," Rajeev said.
