​"The board approved the proposal of buyback of fully paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs 10 each of the company at a price not exceeding Rs 1,200 per equity share and for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 21 crore via the open market route," the company said in a filing.

These stocks have given returns in the range of 2.35-12.63% so far this year on a year-to-date (YTD) basis. KEC International has offered negative 1.52% returns this year.
