Sebi doing inspection of Invesco’s debt funds

"Sebi received a complaint a few months ago and has started inspection of the debt schemes based on the allegations made by the whistle-blower. Once the inspection report comes in, the next course of action will be taken," said the first of the two persons cited above.

Bank of Maharashtra will divest its entire stake of 4 per cent in India SME Asset Reconstruction Company for nearly Rs 4 crore. Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) has executed a share purchase agreement dated April 6, 2022 for sale of entire equity stake of 4 per cent in India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd (ISARC), the bank said in a regulatory filing.

Working groups will be formed to relook at current regulations with an aim to lighten them and give more flexibility for companies to launch new product, Debashish Panda, who took charge of the IRDAI less than a month ago, said.
