Hulst B V sold 60,00,000 shares of Coforge at Rs 4,050 apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange. This is a sharp discount of 6.5% from Friday’s closing price. On Monday, the stock ended nearly 7% down at Rs 4,032.25 on the NSE.

"By definition, these sectors are borderless and require significant international collaboration for any specific legislation on these sectors to be fully effective," Sitharaman said in a written reply in the Lok Sabha.

Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 699 crore in the quarter under review as compared to Rs 854 crore in the year-ago period, it added.

Revenue from operations, meanwhile, surged 33% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 1,462 crore for the quarter under review.
