The board of RIL, last Wednesday, approved a scheme to transfer the gasification undertaking at Jamnagar as a going concern on a slump sale basis, the company said in a statement. The appointed date of the scheme would be March 31, 2022.

As of 30-Sep-2021, promoters held 38.4 per cent stake in the company, while FIIs held 37.77 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 10.96 per cent.
