The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 1503.7 and low of Rs 1037.8.

Margin is seen at 10.9 per cent as against 10.8 per cent in the year-ago quarter. Analysts are expecting healthy growth in the June quarter due to a large order book, weak base and healthy infra pipeline. Management guidance on order inflows, execution and tender pipeline will be key monitorables.

Sona BLW is an auto component supplier of differential gears and trades at a premium valuation compared with global peers. "The greater premium leaves a low margin of safety for the stock with a downside risk," it said.

“The medium end of the curve, which in bond markets is more the three to five year or three to seven years segment, is the most attractive at this point of time. The duration volatility is significantly lesser and hence for investors who are looking at medium term solutions, which is greater than a three-year investment horizon, active short term funds and target maturity funds makes a lot of sense at this point of time.

Investors will await fresh triggers this week from the US Fed event and could refrain themselves from taking large positions, said Sriram Iyer, Senior Research Analyst at Reliance Securities.

Among global brokerages, CLSA has a buy call with a target price of Rs 1,040 on ICICI Bank. Jefferies has set a target price of Rs 1,080. Morgan Stanley has an overweight rating with a target of Rs 1,040. These targets suggest an upside potential of up to 35 per cent of Monday’s closing price of Rs 800.90.

Earlier today, the dollar wobbled around just below multi-decade peaks on Tuesday, as traders eyed a rate hike from the US Federal Reserve and for any clues about whether hints of a slowing economy will prompt a shift away from its focus on inflation.
