Indus said it had agreed to the customer’s proposal for softer repayment terms. “During the last quarter, the customer had informed the company that a funding plan was under finalization with its lenders and had proposed…to pay part of the monthly billing till December 2022 and 100% of the amounts billed from January 2023,” Indus said, adding that it had agreed to the proposal.

Axis Bank is the sixth largest bet in the largecap space for mutual funds. For Nippon Life Asset Management, Kotak Mutual Fund and SBI Mutual Fund, the bank is among their top 5 holdings.

In the domestic equity market, the 30-share BSE Sensex was trading 220.59 points or 0.37 per cent higher at 59,977.43. Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty rose 60.50 points or 0.34 per cent to 17,797.45. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) turned net buyers in the capital markets as they bought shares worth Rs 2,818.40 crore on Thursday, according to exchange data.
