A day before the IPO, Go Fashion (India) allotted 66,10,492 equity shares to 33 anchor investors at Rs 690 apeice to raise Rs 456.12 crore.

Promoters held 74.99 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Sep-2021, while FII and DII ownership stood at 9.95 per cent and 6.21 per cent, respectively.

The Nifty Bank index was trading 0.66 per cent down at 37790.9.

In the 50-share pack Nifty, Hindalco Industries was the biggest gainer, up 1.80 per cent. SBI, Shree Cement, Grasim Industries, Bajaj Finserv, Titan, ITC and Power Grid were among other gainers.
