MobiKwik Q2 Results: One MobiKwik reported a net loss of Rs 3.5 crore in the September 2024 quarter, compared to a profit of Rs 5.2 crore in the September 2023 quarter. Revenue rose 43% YoY to Rs 291 crore. The company added 6 million users and 1.4 lakh merchants in the quarter. MobiKwik shares rose over 100% from their IPO price.

Following the demerger of ITC Hotels from ITC Ltd, Nuvama expects an outflow of approximately $180 million due to the corporate action. The passive flow for Nifty50 is projected at $110 million, while for Sensex, it will be around $70 million. During a special price discovery session, ITC’s share price was adjusted by Rs 26 on NSE and Rs 27 on BSE.

Retail investors bid for 71.88 lakh shares through 2,396 applications on the second day of Indobell Insulation IPO, while NIIs made 106 applications for 7.47 lakh shares. However, qualified institutional buyers have yet to bid. The company plans to raise Rs 10 crore via its SME IPO, which will list on the BSE SME platform. The issue is set to close on January 9.
