The company’s net bookings in the real estate segment for Q3 FY24 stood at 1.7 mn sft. While the sale value of Rs 1,524 crore, total collections for Q3 FY24 stood at Rs 1,394 crores.

After a firm opening, the 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 455 points or 0.63% to settle at 72,186.09. As many as 19 Sensex shares advanced and 11 declined. During the day, the barometer jumped 530 points or 0.73% to 72,261.40.

The company had recently raised Rs 500 crore via Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP).

Ahead of the offer, shares of Jana SFB are trading with a premium of Rs 80, and Capital Small Finance Bank is fetching a GMP of Rs 47. Jana SFB has priced the Rs 570-crore IPO at Rs 414 at the upper end, Capital SFB has fixed a price band of Rs 468.

The Nifty50 closed 157 points higher at 21,929 while the S&P BSE Sensex closed with gains of over 450 points. Sectorally, buying was seen in oil & gas, IT, telecom, energy, and metal space while power, banks, and FMCG saw some selling pressure.

Gold prices fell Rs 150 to Rs 63,200 per 10 grams in the national capital on Tuesday amid bearish cues from the overseas markets, according to HDFC Securities. The precious metal had closed at Rs 63,350 per 10 grams in the previous close.
