Rashmi Metaliks submits resolution plan for Rolta

Secured creditors have an exposure of ₹7,086 crore to Rolta. The lenders are scheduled to meet on Wednesday to evaluate the Rashmi offer. The company was admitted for insolvency proceedings based on an application by Union Bank of India in January.

More than 75 bidders have been contacted by the FTX estate since May to gauge industry interest in backing a relaunch of the exchange, according to a presentation filed in a Delaware court.

There was some strain in the sectoral liquidity due to the absorption of surplus liquidity through the incremental cash reserve ratio (ICRR). Plus, credit growth has been outpacing deposit growth over a long period on a sectoral level and the trend may continue.
