The Ahmednagar-based Malpani Group was the only bidder for debt-laden Imagicaaworld which owes lenders a minimum of ₹1,417 crore. The Malpani Group has interests ranging from theme parks to green energy to FMCG and real estate in Maharashtra.

According to the company regulatory filing, the board of HDFC Bank at its meeting has recommended a dividend of Rs 15.50 per equity shares for the financial year 2021-22. However, the recommendation is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the annual general meeting (AGM) of the company, it said.

Both the companies have reserved some equity shares for eligible employees. Half of the net offer will be reserved for qualified institutional investors, whereas 15 per cent for non-institutional bidders. Retail bidders will get the rest 35 per cent.
