​The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 464 points, or 1.5%, a day after it experienced the biggest one-day drop since 2020. The Nasdaq Composite was the outlier, gaining 0.2% on some early strength in Apple and Nvidia.​

The market benchmark Nifty50 has fallen 9.7 per cent in the last four weeks against a 9.5 per cent drop in the MSCI AC World index and a 9.3 per cent fall in the MSCI Asia ex-Japan index during the same period.
