Blue Jet Healthcare IPO, which will open for subscription October 25 and close on October 27, has fixed a price band of Rs 329-346 per equity share. The company plans to raise about Rs 840 crore at the upper end of the price band.

Suzuki raised its stake in JV in several tranches before the IPO. By 1992, it owned around 50% stake, and right before the IPO, Suzuki owned close to 54.2%.
