On a quarter-on-quarter (q-o-q) basis, the production was 2 per cent down from 5.98 MT in January-March 2022. "The crude steel production was lower sequentially due to preponement of certain scheduled shutdowns during the financial year 2022-23," the company said.

"The impugned order dated March 28, 2022 cannot be sustained and is quashed... However, it will be open to the respondent Sebi to initiate proceedings for the relevant period against the relevant entities," SAT said in an order passed on July 1.

DLF Ltd., incorporated in the year 1963, is a Large Cap company (having a market cap of Rs 82019.45 Crore) operating in Real Estate sector.

The firm’s total sales value rose 67.7 per cent YoY to Rs 11.45 billion, it said, adding that its share of sales value was the highest ever at Rs 9,517 million.

"The sharp correction in crude, commodities like metals, and the declining trend in edible oil indicate that inflation will come under control soon. Taking cues from these indicators the bulls have again turned buyers and the near-term structure of the market has turned clearly bullish now," said VK Vijayakumar, Chief Investment Strategist at Geojit Financial Services.

According to Fed meeting minutes, most officials backed raising rates at their next meeting in July by either 50 or 75 basis points to cool down inflation, said ICICIDirect in its note. "At the same time, optimistic sentiments in global markets and rebound in US 10-year treasury yields weighed on bullion prices," it added.

“From the earnings perspective, India appears to be fairly well on track to deliver mid teens earnings growth in the medium term. Of course, the immediate quarter which is the first quarter of FY23, will see some degree of margin pressures manifesting because of input costs. On an absolute level, Nifty valuations have now come down close to average multiples on a relative basis.”
