"The credit demand from farming in general is high. Fish farming and shrimp farming have shown more demand during the ongoing kharif season," said George Alexander Muthoot, managing director, Muthoot Finance.

The stock is trading near its breakout point, placed at Rs 580. The key technical indicators are positively poised on long-term as well as medium-term timeframe charts, while its short-term indicators tested the overbought zone and may reverse.

This is going to be a correction in the IT pack. From a longer term standpoint, once a capitulation happens, it will create value but we need to wait for the right valuation before getting very bullish about the sector.”
