There is an IRDA form which has to be filled for portability and then the insurance company will underwrite the policy, look at the health background etc and see whether one would like to continue with the policy or not and within 15 days they need to come back and tell either ways yes or no.”

The valuation of Inox Green looks reasonable, considering the nature of its business and the comparative margin profiles. Inox Green has much better EBITDA margins than its global peers, said KR Choksey Research.
