The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.25 per cent up at 437.25.

Nifty climbed 1.27% and ended the session at 18,012 points, while Sensex gained 1.31% to end at 60.747 on Monday. Ultratech Cement, M&M, HDFC and Sun Pharma led the list of top Nifty gainers.

On the lower end, support is visible at 17,850/17,700; resistance on the higher end is placed at 18,100/18,300.
